Children are next-generation leaders.
Tylertown Church’s NextGen Ministry aims to equip students, birth to college, to become individuals who adore Christ, can articulate basic doctrine, develop a biblical world view, and embrace the Great Commission. By providing environments, curriculum, and resources that center on the gospel and teach about the nature and character of God we desire to raise up the next generation of Christian leaders.
All of Tylertown Church’s age specific programs are strategically geared to move children along their journey of faith. As children move from one age group ministry to the next, we want to make these transitions as seamless as possible by preparing children and their parents.
We believe that the parents should be the primary spiritual role model in a child’s life. Living Hope strives to come along side parents and partner with them in order to aid in the development of students’ spiritual growth.
What about my Children? Tylertown Kids
Tylertown Children’s Ministry seeks to partner with families as they shape their little disciples. Our goal is to see children rooted in Christ and establish a foundation of knowledge to build upon as they continue to grow. On Sunday mornings, Tylertown has classes for babies through 3rd graders. When children come into Tylertown they will be able to experience worship, learning, and fun! Each class provides a safe and fun environment for children to learn about the Gospel.
Your child’s safety is our priority at Tylertown! We offer a check-in system with exclusive parent identification security tags that parents need to have to enter the children’s ministry. Our volunteers have all passed a comprehensive background check and are excited to share the Gospel with your children!
Pre-Teens (4th and 5th Graders)
We understand that pre-teens are at a crossroads in life, stuck somewhere between recess and dating. Our goal is to partner with parents to help establish a biblical worldview while seeing their children flourish in life and relationships.
Our Pre-Teens meet on Wednesdays from 6:30-7:30 pm to encounter fun, worship, biblical teaching, life application, and friends.

What about my Teenagers? Tylertown Students
Teens (6th through 12th Graders)
Teenagers at Tylertown are asked to get involved in everything that we do. They are connected through Lifegroups. They make a difference on our Hope Team. We believe that our teenagers don’t have to wait until they are older to be used by God.
Tylertown Students also worship together on Wednesdays from 6:30-7:30 pm. Our prayer is that teenagers would become passionate followers of Jesus Christ and begin to impact culture right where they are.

What about Young Adults? Oasis
College / Career / Ages 18-30
Oasis is the young adult ministry for both Living Hope (Sango Campus) & Tylertown Church! Oasis exists to connect young adults, ages 18-30, by building relationships, studying the Word of God, praying, and serving our community. We believe that small group connection and local church involvement prove vital for spiritual growth. Therefore, we strive to be students of God’s Word who have a passion for discipleship and a desire to grow stronger in our relationship with Jesus Christ and one another.
One of our objectives is to create a place of rest and peace amidst the storms and trials we experience in this world. We desire for Oasis to be that safe environment for all people to pursue the heart of Jesus, regardless of where people stand in their faith. We also wish to educate and launch believers as representatives of the gospel of Jesus Christ to their neighborhoods, colleges and workplaces. It is essential for young men and women to be equipped to share the love of Christ in their daily lives. Oasis is intended to provide opportunities and mobilize young adults around our city to serve and live out their commitment to Christ. With that in mind, we encourage all young adults to engage with the body in a Sunday Morning Worship as well as serving the church. We want to put our faith into action and whether it is on the church’s campus or off, we should take every opportunity to glorify the name of Jesus.
Oasis meets together on Sunday evenings at 6:00 pm at a private residence.
